Overview

The Insurance Certificates page provides a centralized view of all submitted Certificates of Insurance (COIs) across the enterprise network. In addition to insurance verification status, this view also surfaces fraud risk indicators to help enterprises quickly identify certificates or providers that may require additional review.

How This Page Is Used

Enterprise users use this page to:

  • Review submitted insurance certificates
  • Determine whether insurance requirements are met
  • Identify expired, missing, or invalid certificates
  • Monitor fraud risk indicators tied to insurance records
  • Search, filter, and open insurance documents

Search and Filter Controls

The filter panel allows users to narrow results across large provider networks.

ID

Filters by the internal insurance certificate record ID.

Pruuvn ID

Filters by the unique Pruuvn® identifier assigned to a provider or company.

Insured Company Name

Searches by the legal entity name listed on the certificate.

Contain Document Status

Filters by document condition (e.g., expired, missing, valid).

Status

Filters by insurance certificate verification status.

Meet Requirement

Filters based on whether the certificate satisfies defined insurance requirements.

Status Updated Recently

Shows certificates with recent status changes.

Save Search

Allows users to save frequently used filter combinations.


Insurance Certificate Table

Each row represents a submitted Certificate of Insurance evaluated against a specific insurance requirement.


Column Definitions

ID

Internal identifier for the insurance certificate record.


Pruuvn ID

Unique identifier for the provider or company within Pruuvn®.


Insurance Requirement ID

Reference ID for the insurance requirement the certificate is evaluated against.


Insured Company

Legal entity name listed on the insurance certificate.


Insurance Requirements Met?

Indicates whether the submitted certificate satisfies all defined insurance criteria.

  • Yes – Requirements met
  • No – One or more requirements not met

Attached Insurance Documents

Displays uploaded insurance documents, including:

  • File name
  • Upload date
  • Last updated date
  • Expiration indicator

Selecting View opens the document for review.


Fraud Flag

Displays a fraud risk indicator associated with the insurance certificate or provider.

Immediate review required

Fraud Flags are generated based on platform intelligence, document analysis, and related screening signals.


Status

Shows the current verification state of the insurance certificate.

Common values include:

  • Valid
  • Invalid
  • Expired
  • Under Review
  • Missing

Common Insurance & Fraud Scenarios

  • Expired + Yellow Flag
    • Certificate expired and risk indicators suggest review before reactivation.

  • Invalid + Red Flag
    • Certificate rejected with high-risk indicators; provider may require escalation.

  • Valid + Green Flag
    • Certificate verified and no risk indicators present.


Important Notes

  • Insurance and fraud statuses update automatically
  • Fraud flags do not override insurance requirements but inform risk decisions
  • Enterprises determine enforcement actions based on internal policy
