Overview

This page explains how Enterprise Admins configure network behavior, provider onboarding controls, and email notifications within the Pruuvn® platform. These settings determine how providers are onboarded, monitored, notified, and—when necessary—restricted from network participation.


Email Notification Settings

Email Notification Settings allow Enterprise Admins to control what notifications are sent, who receives them, and how frequently they are delivered.

Each notification type can be independently enabled and configured.

Notification Types

Network Summary Report

A high-level summary of network activity and status across providers.

Frequency Options:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly

Use Case:

Executive or operational oversight.


COI Network Summary Report

A summary report focused specifically on Certificate of Insurance (COI) status across the network.

Frequency Options:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly

Use Case:

Insurance compliance monitoring.


Full Compliance Notification

Immediate notification when a provider becomes fully compliant.

Delivery:

Immediate notification

Use Case:

Operational readiness confirmation.


COI Expired Notification

Immediate alert when a provider’s Certificate of Insurance expires.

Delivery:

Immediate notification

Use Case:

Risk mitigation and enforcement.


COI Active Notification

Immediate alert when a provider’s Certificate of Insurance becomes active or valid.

Delivery:

Immediate notification

Use Case:

Reactivation and compliance confirmation.


Target Email Address

Each notification can be sent to one or more designated email addresses, allowing routing to compliance teams, operations, or leadership.


Important Notes

  • Notifications are network-specific
  • Multiple recipients may be configured
  • Changes take effect immediately after saving

Network Settings and Onboarding

Network Settings define how providers are screened, monitored, and permitted to participate in the network.

Settings Section

Auto Ban Fraudulent Service Providers

Automatically bans service providers from the network when they are flagged as fraudulent by the system.

Purpose:

Protects network integrity by immediately removing high-risk providers.

Status Options:

  • Enabled
  • Disabled

Compliance Status Management

Automatically monitors insurance and compliance requirements and updates provider status based on defined criteria.

Purpose:

Ensures provider status accurately reflects compliance in real time.

Status:

Enabled / Disabled


Enable Background Check Expire Notification

Sends background check expiration notifications to service providers.

Note:

Providers can manage their own background check notification preferences when enabled.


BCC Background Check Expire Notification

Sends a copy of background check expiration notifications to the network administrator.

Purpose:

Admin visibility into upcoming compliance risks.


Network Background Screening

Allows the network to collect and manage background screening information and requirements for providers.

Purpose:

Centralized screening oversight.


COI Notification

Controls whether Certificate of Insurance notifications are sent to service providers.

Use Case:

Suppress or enable provider-facing insurance notifications.


Require Enrollment Code to Join Network

Requires service providers to enter an enrollment code during signup.

Purpose:

Limits unauthorized access to the network.


Onboarding Section

Service Provider Signup URL

A unique link providers use to register and onboard into the network.

Recommended Use:

Share directly with approved providers.


Company Admin Signup URL

A dedicated signup link for adding internal company administrators.

Recommended Use:

Internal team onboarding.


Important Notes

  • Settings apply immediately upon saving
  • Some settings affect provider eligibility and network status
  • Enrollment and screening controls should be reviewed before sharing signup links
