What an Enterprise Admin Can Manage

Admin Only —An overview of Enterprise Admin responsibilities, permissions, and platform capabilities.

What an Enterprise Admin Can Manage

Audience:

Enterprise Admin

Required Permission:

Admin

Applies To:

Enterprise accounts only

Overview

Enterprise Admins are responsible for configuring, managing, and overseeing all enterprise-level activity within the Pruuvn® platform. This role has elevated permissions designed to support governance, compliance, and operational oversight.

When You Would Use This

  • When setting up a new enterprise account
  • When delegating responsibilities internally
  • When determining who can manage compliance, users, or providers

How It Works

Enterprise Admin permissions allow full visibility and control over:

  • Organization settings
  • User access and roles
  • Provider onboarding and monitoring
  • Compliance requirements and alerts
  • Reporting and audit data

Admins can perform actions that standard users cannot, including configuration changes and overrides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure enterprise compliance programs
  • Manage internal users and roles
  • Invite and oversee providers and vendors
  • Monitor compliance status and risk indicators
  • Access reporting and audit exports

Important Notes

  • Admin access should be limited to trusted personnel
  • Changes made by Admins affect all associated users and providers
  • Some actions may be logged for audit purposes
