Your NTS Passport is your credential for accessing verified member benefits across Pruuvn-enabled networks and partner platforms. This article walks you through how to find, activate, and present your benefits as a Passport member.
Step 1: Log In to Your Passport Dashboard
Visit pruuvn.com and sign in to your member account. Your Passport dashboard is your central hub for viewing your tier status, Network Trust Score, and all available benefits.
Step 2: View Your Current Tier and Benefits
Once logged in, navigate to the Benefits section of your dashboard. Here you will see:
- Your current membership tier (Signature or Reserve)
- Benefits available to you based on your tier
- Partner programs and offers you are eligible for
- Any pending benefits that require additional credential verification
Signature members have access to the standard benefit set. Reserve members have access to the full benefit set, including priority recognition and elevated partner perks.
Step 3: Present Your Passport Credential
When accessing a benefit through a Pruuvn-enabled partner or network operator, you may be asked to present your NTS Passport credential. You can do this in one of the following ways:
Digital badge: Share your verified Passport badge directly from your dashboard. Your badge displays your tier, verification status, and credential summary.
Credential link: Some partners may request a shareable verification link. You can generate this from the Benefits section of your dashboard.
QR code: For in-person verification, use the QR code in your Passport profile. Scanning it confirms your verified status in real time.
Step 4: Activate Partner Benefits
Some benefits require a one-time activation before they become available. To activate a partner benefit:
- Go to the Benefits Registry in your dashboard
- Find the benefit you want to activate
- Click Activate and follow the prompts
- Once activated, the benefit will be linked to your Passport and ready to use
Step 5: Keep Your Credentials Current
Benefits are tied to your verified credential status. If a credential in your profile expires or falls out of compliance, certain benefits may be paused until the credential is renewed.
You will receive notifications when a credential is approaching expiration. To avoid any interruption in benefits, keep your profile up to date from the Credentials section of your dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I not see a benefit I expected?
Some benefits are tier-specific. If you are on the Signature tier and expecting a Reserve benefit, you may need to upgrade your tier first. Check your Network Trust Score to see if you qualify.
My benefit is not working with a partner. What should I do?
First, confirm your Passport credential is active and your tier is current. If the issue persists, contact Pruuvn member support with your Passport member ID and the name of the partner program.
Can I use my Passport benefits with any provider?
Your benefits are available at Pruuvn-enabled partners and networks. The Benefits Registry in your dashboard shows all currently active partner programs.
