Your Network Trust Score is a real-time rating that reflects your standing as a verified member of the Pruuvn® network. It gives network companies and partners a clear, up-to-date signal of your compliance and trust standing — and gives you visibility into where you stand and how to improve.
What is the Network Trust Score?
Your Network Trust Score is a rating from 0–100 that summarizes your verified standing across several areas, including your identity verification, insurance status, tax documentation, and licensing — plus your track record within the network. It is recalculated regularly, so it always reflects your current standing rather than a one-time snapshot.
Trust Score Ranges
Rating | Score Range |
🟢 Excellent | 85–100 |
🟢 Good | 70–84 |
🟡 Fair | 50–69 |
🔴 At Risk | Below 50 |
Your rating determines your standing with the network companies and partners you work with, and factors into your NTS Passport tier eligibility (see Understanding Your NTS Passport Tier).
What Factors Into Your Score
Your score reflects several verified elements of your profile:
- Insurance — whether your Certificate of Insurance is current and meets coverage requirements
- Tax documentation — whether your W9 and EIN information is verified and on file
- Identity verification — whether your identity credentials are verified and current
- Licensing — whether applicable business or professional licenses are current
- Network history — your track record and standing within the network over time
Open compliance alerts (such as an expired document or a flagged issue) will reduce your score until they're resolved. The more significant the issue, the greater the impact.
How to Improve Your Score
Your score isn't just about avoiding issues — it also reflects your track record:
- Stay current — keep your insurance, tax documents, identity credentials, and licenses up to date and verified.
- Resolve alerts promptly — address any open compliance flags as soon as they appear.
- Build tenure — an active, consistent history with no lapses strengthens your score over time.
- Maintain a clean recent record — going a stretch of time with no open alerts is one of the strongest ways to boost your standing.
