Yes. Duplicate profiles can:
- Block document updates
- Cause onboarding errors
- Delay verification
Support may need to remove duplicates to resolve issues.
Should I create a new account?
No. Do not create a new account unless Support instructs you to do so.
Duplicate accounts delay approval and may require cleanup.
