Go to Pruuvn and Sign-In

Click on Review Background Checks

Review "Order Status”
The status to which you want to pay attention is the "Order Status". Here you will see three different options
Open - Background check processing has not been completed
Completed - Background check processing is complete
Canceled - The background check process was canceled due to an error. You can re-initiate the check if this happens by clicking cancel.

To view the background report click on the screen "ID”

To Cancel or Reinitiate a Screen Not Completed
Click on Cancelled

Select the option to finalize cancelation of screen or re-initiate
