Canadian Company Onboarding Guide
How to Complete Registration in Pruuvn® (Including BIN / Tax ID Requirement)
Overview
This guide explains how Canadian businesses can successfully complete onboarding within the Pruuvn® platform.
For Canadian entities, the Business Number (BN) must be entered in the Tax ID field during registration. This ensures proper entity verification and compliance validation within the system.
What Is Required for Canadian Companies
Canadian companies must provide:
- Legal Business Name
- Registered Business Address
- Business Number (BN) – entered in the Tax ID field
- Contact Information
- Website (if applicable)
- Electronic Signature
Important Change: BIN / Business Number Requirement
What Changed?
The Tax ID field now requires Canadian companies to enter their Business Number (BN).
If your company is registered in Canada, you must:
- Enter your 9-digit Business Number (BN)
- Include the full BN (without spaces or special formatting unless otherwise instructed)
Example Format
123456789Do not include:
- “BN”
