Understanding Your Dashboard Widgets

Explains what dashboard widgets represent and how to use them to identify required actions.

Understanding Your Dashboard Widgets

Audience:

All Users

Applies To:

All accounts using the Pruuvn® platform

Overview

The Pruuvn® dashboard displays key widgets that provide a snapshot of onboarding progress, compliance status, and overall network or account health. Understanding what each widget represents helps users quickly identify what requires attention.

How It Works

Dashboard widgets summarize real-time data pulled from onboarding workflows, document verification, and monitoring systems. Widgets may update automatically as records change or when third-party verification results are received.

Common Widgets You May See

Depending on your role and access, widgets may show:

  • Total companies or providers
  • Meets or does not meet requirements
  • Pending or incomplete onboarding
  • Background check summaries
  • Items requiring action

Selecting a widget typically navigates you to a more detailed view.

Important Notes

  • Widget visibility varies by role
  • Widgets reflect current system data, not future actions
  • Some widgets update only after verification completes
